Lake Martin Property

According to local real estate agents, property values on Lake Martin continue to increase.

The limit on the amount of property available on Lake Martin, coupled with the fact ever more people are visiting the lake for the summer and holidays has cause the value of property on the lake to steadily rise for years.

While many factors determine property value, such as the condition of the land, how much of it is on the lake, the depth of the water and the accessibility of the property, most of the land on the lake starts at $200,000. Some of the most expensive locations on the lake are the Willow Point and Trillium areas near Kowaliga.
